Terms of Service
by commissioning me, you agree to the terms below.
General Terms:
Please be aware that you will be paying for a custom work of MY authorship, not a ready-made product that is shipped or downloaded.
The customer must explain in detail how he wants his art, including sending clear visual references for a better understanding of the order. Exceptions include commissions for character design, or commissions intentionally left up to the artist’s discretion.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

Payment can be made via PayPal.
I reserve the right to start work only when FULL payment, as agreed, is made. And if I don't, I have the right to cancel the commission
Copyright / image use >
The client must not request that other artists make changes to the work, the consultation must be made exclusively by me.
I, the artist, reserve the right to publish the finished work and use it only for professional purposes (posts and portfolios), its use for profit (sale of the product, etc.) being forbidden, unless it is done a separate contract.
The customer has the artist's permission to republish the commissioned work, provided that the original byline is retained and that due credit is also given to the creator (with access links to my page, or access to Instagram). Unless a separate agreement is made.
The customer is also free to use the order (print, download or reproduce the image) FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.
Commission Process:
At the beginning of the illustration, the client will receive a sketch of the composition, followed by a clean sketch (if applicable). Any major changes to the piece must be requested during these steps, and major changes to the piece's composition, pose, or design will not be made after this point. The customer will receive frequent updates throughout the process through direct contact until the part is completed at the point agreed upon during the initial order.
The client will have unlimited opportunities for changes in the sketch phase, and only 3 changes can be made in the Lineart phase.
Know that I want to work with you to make a piece that you like and want! Any major overhaul beyond the second may simply incur a small additional charge for the increased time spent on the part. Any major revision beyond the third change may simply incur a small additional fee for the increased time spent on the illustration.
+ This restriction does not apply to character design commissions, for which there is a USD 50.00 surcharge for unlimited revisions in the lineart process.
Turnaround time >
My day-to-day is usually hectic because I have courses and studies, so my response or delivery time can vary from 2 to 5 weeks (delivery time depends on the complexity of the work).
Cancellation / refunding information:
If the commission is cancelled (by myself or the client) before work has begun, then the client will receive a full refund.
Once I, the artist, reach half of the commission, NO partial refunds will be given in the event of cancellation. The customer will be notified prior to this step.
Any cancellations made after work has started or during the process will be refunded, in part or in full, on a case-by-case basis and at the artist's discretion.
If important circumstances such as loss of technology, illness or any problems prevent me from completing my work, I will try to communicate with the client as soon as possible. But in an extreme case there will be a possible refund depending on how far I went with the illustration.
Any form of disrespect or prejudice WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. I reserve the right to cancel the order, NO REFUNDS in case of artwork in progress.
